About Me

I am a German attorney with a focus on intellectual property law, especially in the areas of trademarks, unfair competition, and copyright. I help clients protect their brands, enforce their rights, and reduce legal risks in complex markets. I also advise on food law, in particular how to ensure that product labeling complies with legal requirements.

In addition to my legal practice, I work on how artificial intelligence is affecting the legal profession. In talks and workshops, I try to give a clear and realistic view of what AI can already do, where the limits are, and how companies can prepare for what comes next. The aim is to support practical, legally sound decisions rather than follow trends.

I also serve as an editor of GRUR-Prax, one of Germany’s leading journals for IP law. My work there focuses on developments in intellectual property and related legal topics.
